In Anbetracht der Miniaturisierung in der modernen Elektronik ist es wichtig, die Qualit\u00e4t mittels sorgf\u00e4ltiger elektrischer Pr\u00fcfungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Zuverl\u00e4ssiger elektrischer Kontakt zwischen Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4t und Pr\u00fcfling (UUT – Unit Under Test) ist von grundlegender Bedeutung. MG Products hat speziell zu diesem Zweck eine Serie linearer Pr\u00fcfadapter (Testfixtures) entwickelt: die MG-Serie. Die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Kontaktgenauigkeit eines Pr\u00fcfadapters h\u00e4ngt stark von der mechanischen Konstruktion ab. Aus diesem Grund verwendet MG Products Teile aus massivem Aluminium.<\/p>\n
Die Konstruktion kennzeichnet sich durch ein einzigartiges mechanisches Andr\u00fccksystem mit Kugellagern und Gleitbuchsen. Der Pr\u00fcfling wird vollst\u00e4ndig linear mit den Federkontaktstiften kontaktiert, die mit dem Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4t verbunden sind. Die Kontaktierung des Pr\u00fcflings kann gleichzeitig von oben und unten erfolgen, optional sogar seitlich. In dem ger\u00e4umigen, ergonomischen Geh\u00e4use ist zus\u00e4tzlicher Platz f\u00fcr Messelektronik. Die R\u00fcck- und Unterseite des Geh\u00e4uses k\u00f6nnen an die verschiedenen Pr\u00fcfsystemschnittstellen angepasst werden..<\/p>\n
