Test Adapters
A good final test is indispensable
In a modern electronics production environment, the completion of a final test is now indispensable. To test safely, quickly and reliably – both functional, in-circuit and end of line – MG Products developed its own test adapter line.
In our specially developed MG range of linear test adapters (test fixtures), we use solid aluminium components in our mechanical construction. This is to ensure the reliability and contact accuracy of the test adapter.

Some common features of our MG series test adapters:
- Available as a complete kit
- Can be fully modified using a needle bed design to achieve product specific properties
- Equipped with a unique linear mechanical compression system with ball bearings and sliding bushings
- UUT in contact with spring-loaded contact pins connected to test and measuring equipment
- Contact UUT with spring-loaded probes from both top and bottom and via linear side approach
- Spacious, ergonomic housing
- Ability to integrate measurement electronics
- The rear and underside can be adjusted to different test system interfaces such as VPC G12 and Genrad VGR 2270
